Thank you very much for the lovely Red Velvet cake that was done for my traditional wedding. The cake was lovely, it tasted beautiful very rich and creamy, tooooo mouth-watering. I received the cake on Saturday and must admit that I was blown away. It was the best cake I have ever had and it had a lot of my guests talking about it. The red velvet was absolutely what I was looking for and only to find that you did one of my friend’s wedding cakes as well. Small world. Hi Linda,
I must just tell you this little story. So it was Grant’s bday in the office today, and I made red velvet cupcakes for everyone. Mitch was so disappointed that they didn’t taste like yours! He went on about how yours are the best ever – and I of course can’t beat them ;)
Not to say mine are not delicious, but they are just not yours LOL!
So a massive congrats on the award – truly deserved!

So I sent the cake to school and I was expecting them to cut the cake and send home the remainder, the teacher was so fascinated that she actually cut the cake and handed it out to the teachers and the had my son light his candles on half a cake. Anyway she then sent home the box with little pieces of off cuts from the cake...so from the one tiny piece that I did taste the cake was delicious...but based on the behavior of these teachers I have to say...the cake was out of this world.
